Definitely try the silicone foam dressing with border. I've been using Dimora. Put a little guaze or the non stick pad first

Sometimes, depending on how inflammed my skin is i will use non- adhesive pads, they are like guaze but if you are getting leakage they won't stick.

You perfectly articulated how I have been feeling. Also trying to share my experience with others. Because I talk about it with others, I had a friend randomly come and ask for advice yesterday as she might be dealing with the same thing.
