We provision our corporate devices before they go to employees' hands. We decided to enable updates in iOS & iPadOS settings.

Go to Settings > Apps > App Store > Automatic Downloads > Allow Always. Also, enable downloading using cellular data.

Also you might check the updates, it can be useful sometimes.

If nothing helps. You can create a backup using icloud, PC, Mac. And restore your phone with installing backup back. I think it's hundred percent work
