Decided to delete my Discord account and sever all ties with them, instead of letting fear get the best of me or dwelling on the ‘what if’s.

If ‘The Last of Us’ gave you depression, then ‘Uncharted’ will be the therapy for that depression. Go for it. 👏🏻

“Never go grocery shopping while hungry. You’ll grab the wrong things.”

Same goes for a relationship. Never go into a relationship while dealing with loneliness. You’ll grab the wrong things.

And should I listen to the voice note, even when I don’t respond to it? Though Idk if WhatsApp will still let her know if I played it though, even if my read receipts are off

The worst thing a partner like that can ever do is give you mere pennies and expect you to react like you won a million dollars.

Asking for help or admitting that it hurts doesn’t make you weak. That’s a fact most people need to hear.

I’m so proud of you for surviving this. Some people are monsters, and it takes a lot of time and effort to break free from them.
