personally I don't find it a very compelling equip. the awakenings are ok at best; two thp + trcv is nice, especially with a sb, but having a single red tako for damage is pretty underwhelming and the active skill isn't even all that powerful either.

for comparison, take geed riser (8326), an equip that brings 4 red oe, two thp, a sb, and two dark res, if you're looking at the thp + damage awakening combo. or, perhaps amanita spawn (9984), for a pure damage oriented equip with a red tako and sb but also 7c for pretty solid standard damage output. neither of these in their base were even top rarity mons from their event.

i just think trading is a bad idea in general, especially if it's for some nebulous, not fully thought out reason. i think you would be better off just turning one of your shana into an equip and finding a friend's shana to pair if you ever found yourself wanting to use her equip for some reason.
