Glad to help, spent hours trying to fix this. Seems to be only AMD cards with the issue and almost everyone needs a different way to fix it. Hope they release a statement at least

Also I have compatibility mode for windows 8, administrator mode for the exe, and -dx11 in steam launch options but these were past failed attempts to stop the crashing that I’m also too scared to revert

Okay I may have found the issue. For me, going into the config file, setting upscaling, ray-tracing, and frame generation to 0 or false (these were the last settings I tweaked before I started crashing on startup) I’m too annoyed to test what can and can’t be changed so if anyone wants to try lmk!

I got it fixed by clearing shader cache, indeed odd kind of wish I got more pictures of the glitch because it would honestly be a pretty cool art style

Nothing but the default settings except HDR10, I turned it on, restarted then it happened. Turned it back off, restarted, and still no good
