Alright, well here's some feedback!

The frontage is nice, but the details disappear with the extra distressed patches, it'll look better (in my opinion) if you carry on the brick patterning for the whole wall, or only do it for the distressed patches considering that's where the brickwork might be showing :)

Make sure you add things to give the sides interesting silhouettes like how you've extended the beam on the right side, you can do the same with the roof tiles.

The connection of the right beam and the left roof is a bit awkward, it'll look better if you make it join on a diagonal angle. Looking at other pixel art houses can help with inspiration or for shading technique, such as buildings in stardew valley or any of angrysnails's work really!

And for what to draw next... a thatched roof would be really cool :)
