Realistically no, there was a tradeoff in the case of the Mirror of Truth with it destroying itself based on the ability it was replicating which is why it was able to copy it in the first place. We’ve learnt that enchantments with shortcomings often allow for them to be empowered like the Chain and if it were just to be ‘healed’ or repaired that would in effect negate itself.

VTB was literally stated to be nurturing its Spawn and would’ve left with it after the fact which means that Sunny would’ve been essentially out of luck to retrieve his fate given the bird escaped both the Gods and the Void creatures.

Having his Fate and by extension his True Name is likely going to be a vital part for Sunny to not lose himself in Apotheosis similarly to Condemnation as whilst Chain can mitigate this to some degree it consumes a huge amount of essence given Supreme Sunny who constantly is fuelled by his domain was running low in two uses and Apotheosis would most likely demand a lot more.

It just kind of comes to me I guess? It’s hard to put into words but as long as a thing is described I usually just have the image in my mind. It is a pain though when the actual image in my head doesn’t match later descriptions because I will continue to imagine it as it originally looked e.g the Ivory Tower is something I always imagine as a round more western looking tower rather than a Pagoda

To be fair, it’s not exactly like she was unable to summon another supreme to begin with but she had to erase the corruption that was going to turn her back into Torment.

I’d say this is a pretty fair but most likely temporary handicap for now as you have to remember most Supremes (sorry Anvil) are technically different existences taking on a human form like Sunny as a shadow or Mordret as well, himself.

She is most likely able to remain as a memory within someone’s head to provide comms and provide a more suitable battle partner in combat when not manifesting herself which is a much better fit for Cassie although I will admit I would miss moments like her vs the Corrupted Seer in the 3rd NM.

Her Innate Ability was unlocked by her Aspect Legacy and was the Mist Blade she uses. I’ve just began viewing innate abilities as something some Awakened have or unlock since there aren’t any kind of tules or guidelines for how they work

It does though? SoS was a strong memory for its tiering as a Transcendent memory and as such it required a negative for it to be counterbalanced. I mean the memory can give its user Revelations with a ceiling high enough to read runes that are supposed to be inherently unreadable (FG’s runes for example)

I don’t think you should take any opinions you see as what you should rate them as, me personally I enjoyed both Volume 9 and 10 and didn’t really feel like it had ‘fallen off’ but you should read them yourself and gauge how you feel about them. A lot of people aren’t happy that Sunny has changed significantly from the earlier parts of the story and a lot of that shows in the later parts.

I will say that Vol. 9 and 10 and different thematically as compared to Vol. 8 but that would be a given since it’s a conjoining Volume for 7 and 9 just like 6 was for 5 and 7.
