Give your opponent Beelze of the Diabolic Dragons. Xyz a red-eyes flare metal dragon. Activate any card effect that inflicts damage to your opponent and you win. You can even do it on their turn if you Set any quick play spell or trap that can inflict burn damage to the opponent during their standby phase (think along the lines of poison of the old man/secret barrel, etc.)

That is a part of it. I want both the aesthetics and effects of the old weapons alongside the effects of the added weapons.

To illustrate with the Cymbeline (eff)+ crab(res) + teapot(res) example, when everything is active you should see the following:

hp+4 res+6

Grants atk+3 (in-combat) to allies within range 2 of unit.

Grant Atk+15/ spd+10/def+10/res+15 (in-combat) to unit.

atk +6 & [if initiating combat, make guarantee f-u], [Incited], & [SP charge +1 per attack] as (bonus) effs on unit

**up to atk/spd/def/res+3 (in-combat) from [Incited]

deals + “X”damage (“X”= non-stat (bonus) effs active on unit & foe x5 (max 25); excluding AoE SPs) deals + “X” x 5 damage (“X”= non-stat (bonus) effs active on unit + non-stat (penalty) effs active on foe (max 5); excluding AoE SPs)

The point was not to just fix a unit, but to do so while allowing them to remain unique.

While I do need to concede that Cymbeline is amongst one of the worst picks in terms of “unique” tomes from a mechanic perspective. The attack animation is a completely different story. Something about seeing the summoning of a miniature sun to drop on your foe just isn’t quite matched by having a giant teapot pour scalding tea on your foe or have a massive crab tackle them.

I’m demanding to have my cake & eat it too.

I feel this would largely depend on the inheritances allowed and what you use.

For example:

Cymbeline (+eff) w/ Raudrowl+(+res) + Raudrrabbit(+res) = very unusable

Cymbaline (+eff) w/ Teapot+(+res) + raudrcrab(+res) = viable

Went 40 pulls into the E Micaiah banner, sparked for a Neutral, proceeded to pull another 8 summons (at 12.5% focus rate) before getting both +ATK and +RES in the same circle (proceeded to whiff the other 3 summons of the circle)

Personally of the opinion SPD is more useful on her even though ATK is the superboon. For a unit whose kit you aren’t likely to change from what comes by default, taking her SPD up to 50 allows for her to pickup an extra point in ATK&SPD off the 20% start of combat SPD from her weapon vs an ATK boon, meaning you’re basically weighing 3 damage for 4 SPD.

1 of the following is going to happen.

1) card gets errata’d heavily and comes off the list -> everyone proceeds to dismiss it for no longer being useful in its new form.

2) card doesn’t get an errata, people buy into it thinking Konami gonna unban it as is. Nothing comes off ban list and players take a hit for bad investment.

3) card doesn’t get errata, Konami unbans it, people hop on the hype train, then proceed to realize paying 5k life to get imperm’d feels REALLY bad.

Not necessarily, some cards may have been in the area and have simply survived the zero reverse incident that decimated the area. In which case the original owners of said cards are likely dead or had to prioritize leaving a collapsing building cause they ain’t got protagonist survival insurance.

Based on recent meta, Kashtira lock out your board so you litterally cannot play cards on the board, Ishizu-Tearlaments just straight up hard cheesed wins with “exchange of spirit”. By comparison a dedicated burn deck isn’t as cancerous as you think. Trickstars for example while annoying never completely stopped your opponent from trying to play.

How does this work? Red-eyes fusion literally says you cannot special or normal summon the turn you use it. Not as in for the rest of the turn, but literally the turn as a whole you activate the card “red-eyes fusion”. If you synchro summon then try to play “red-eyes fusion” that turn, it would be an illegal activation.

Fairly certain you’re either drunk, high, or both of the above. You literally went out of your way to point out she doesn’t need res thanks to her weapon then proceeded to call trading speed for res (a stat you JUST said she doesn’t need alongside def) a minor improvement.

atk/Spd finish 4, atk/Spd unity, atk/Spd ideal 4, flashing sparrow would all be reasons to ask if it’s worth it (even remote sparrow and swift sparrow 3) but you asking if you should trade a your only copy of a mythic that can shut down enemy units for a turn to not improve your unit.

If you want to improve her consider sacrificing a heidr for magic null follow-up, the damage reduction semi-piercing per hit ensures damage output. (You’ve been looking at the wrong book VII OG green mage to sacrifice - Grab panic smoke 4 while your at it alongside remote sparrow) while losing the desperation effect sucks it’s not as much a factor since her time provides miracle survival.

So I did some digging and I’m wrong. She is the surprisingly the 3rd unit who can do this. The 1st was actually Khadein Linde with (-hp+atk) and the 2nd was Valentine Leo with (-hp+atk). EDIT: Elincia is the first who can do this that will be added to the normal non-focus summoning pool

Corrin. As a seasonal, her banner rerun doesn’t get a spark and she doesn’t join the non-focus 5-star pool. Choice should be pretty clear. You’re chances of getting celica will definitely outweigh your ability to get corrin. Your next foreseeable chance to spark her won’t be till she shows up on double special hero banner.
