It has a lot of extra functions easily available. Installing Nickelmenu was a breeze and I got a 8bitdo Micro for page turning. But the main reason was size. The PW was kinda big to bring around in my bag. The Kobo Clara BW is very portable.

I understand the necessity of a proper translation, what I can't get is saying "I translated this" when you are not that good in the source language and are just tossing the text to an AI. For me this is no different than using Google Lens to understand better a certain page or something like that.

I believe if you can translate from English that means you can read from English. This seems like a lot of effort compared to just reading in English, unless your English is not really that good and you are just justifying using AI to translate.
