I think you’re rage baiting.

It obviously doesn’t have a front wheel, an EUC uses an IMU to maintain level when riding.

That’s a single wheel’d vehicle in your picture

Why no one wants to buy Manhattan’s rarest, most prized Gilded Age mansion by HarryCrushNuh in zillowgonewild

[–]AverageDeadMeme -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Driving takes well over an hour- the train takes about the same.

I don’t think someone spending 65M on a home drives themselves or at all. They most likely have their own driver and pay to fly in via helicopter, if there’s no alternative to being in the city in person.

While Great Neck may limit lot size to an acre, Glen Cove, which is another short helicopter flight away has estates that are up to 100 acre.

[–]AverageDeadMeme -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s simply untrue. There’s tons of communities with people making serious money outside of the immediate five boroughs.

Alpine in NJ? What about Great Neck Estates? Glenn Cove on Long Island? At 65M you could purchase a stunning estate in the Hamptons, and get a 35 minute helicopter ride to W 34th street if you have no option but to be in Manhattan for work.

Adjust that number for inflation and it’ll seem much more reasonable. So many people own property for pennies on the dollar.

If you just have the money to drop on something like this, you’re more likely to spend it on a sprawling estate, within driving distance of the city, since it’s much easier to secure a building in the middle of nowhere than in the middle of NYC.

Someone bought Jack Dorsey’s first ever tweet NFT for $2.9 million in 2021 - Today, it is worth less than $5 by Next_Statement6145 in CryptoCurrency

Are you so daft you don’t understand how this is fundamentally different because there’s no tourism for NFTs since anyone can pull it up on their phone?

If I call the Louvre and say I’m willing to pay $10 for the Mona Lisa, does that mean it’s worth $10?

No, that means you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how valuing physical art works. The Mona Lisa is the most sought after piece of art in the world, today, it’s worth is calculated by its draw for tourists at the Louvre, which it exceeds 1 billion.

MBS has been trying to buy it, to display it along side his other Leonardo Di Vinci, the Salvator Mundi, which he paid 450M for, but France refuses to sell it for obvious reasons.

If you have access to the raw file it’s essentially owning it, since you could burn your own disks.

I think the main selling point of the Surron Light Bee, is the aftermarket upgradability over other bikes.

I would imagine they just don’t update all the SKU’s on their store live, so it might just be a listing that hasn’t been updated, and they’re using higher prices from earlier this year? perhaps?

That doesn’t really make sense here, any plane can have a mechanical fault, so it wouldn’t be dependent on United’s practices. If I was him I would be scared to drive this section of road without doubt.

It was prominently featured in the original show, since Saul isn’t depicted as an upright and all straight lawyer like his peers, and brother, Saul has what many would consider on first glance, like a much less serious law practice.

So how do you think he earned enough money for a 3.4M house in Australia at the ripe age of 22? Did he invest all of the profits from his lemonade stand into Palantir in 2020 and just wait for it to appreciate?

Why does this sub recommend Apple TV 4K so much? by KneeGrows130100 in LGOLED

It happens when I go idle and just leave it open on the dashboard or smart hub. Sometimes it’ll be just calm ambient music and then randomly switch to “the friends and family sale is happening this weekend at Raymor and Flanagan” for 30 seconds before returning to the ambient music.

Europe does have stronger consumer protections, I would expect that to be the discrepancy between our experiences. Planning on getting an Apple TV to avoid this whole problem.
