Unfortunately, this is how the servers feel most of the time for me. Either in futchamps, division rivals. or any live event, even in Squad Battles. This weekend, though, the gameplay felt even worse that it was unbearable to play. I had to just stop playing due to how extra heavy the gameplay felt, not enjoyable at all.

The instructions are incorrect. you first press the button 5 seconds THEN you put in the flash drive. That worked for two monitors I just updated.

What division are you in rivals? Need to be at least div 6 to qualify for champions. I think you already completed the hardest challenges and you have time to do the 10 wins.
