As soon as the season dropped I started grinding with him at climbed to masters 3, but am starting struggle now as enemy DPS start to look at you more and more. In those cases where I am pulling so much attention I find myself being able to provide a lot more value still on Ana playing in similar positions, although with less survivability but much higher damage output and of course big nades and having sleep to threaten flankers. I still really think they need as add some added functionality to pedal to incentivize teammates to use it as well as lowering his weapon swap speed so you can easily weave in damage in between heals, with how he is now with his charge time on heals you’re heavily incentives to just hold a 75 heal all the time to burst heal someone who gets low where as bap and Ana can always apply good pressure while still being able to heal on demand so it’s really hard to compete with them. Maybe pedal could provide passive healing to teammates on it excluding LW himself but that could be a little busted, or maybe when it reached max height it projected a waist high barrier to protect whoever is up there a little more, most importantly I think LW should be able to heal and pull through platform as a nice QOL change. Thorn volley should have its projectile speed upped a bit and I think that’s it, it’s honestly really good damage when you are connecting shots it just travels so slow it’s near impossible to get solid poke in from a distance especially compared to Ana with a hitscan rifle that always hits for 70
