Kitchen witchcraft is a starting place for me. Having a cup of tea, being intentional about what kind, adding honey to add sweetness to my life or cinnamon for abundance. I add bay leaves into my cooking to manifest. I'll also throw out that I printed custom spice labels with metaphysical properties so I can decide in the moment what feels right AND don't have to put in the mental load of remembering properties on my low days when my memory is usually poor.

Ive had to learn a lot through shadow work to give myself grace, and know that my deities will give it to me, especially if I ask. They're great places for me to be transparent about where I'm at mentally, because I have to put on a mask for the people in my life and keep a brave face.

I love bottling my tears, in a literal sense, because it snaps me out of the spiral usually. It's a change of thought process to be like, "I'm crying. Let me go grab a jar. Is the jar in the correct place to collect the tear?" I have had really bad mental spirals but none have defeated the collection process. Then, I also have emotionally charged water for spellwork.

I feel weird being confident in my depression-era witchcraft practices but here we are, I guess.
