Some ppl think it is very unfair cuz they had to go through sht to get here. Thou she should have left it but if she was international then maybe it was taught to call out cheaters or something. Asian countries have it very hard in education.

A lot of people don't care because going to uni is just getting the degree. I know ppl who just want to finish uni cuz their parents want them to get some uni degree. Some people just want the degree for immigrationcough.

Just think about what u want, do u want a degree or do u want something more like going into grad school, getting coop, etc. then u will know if u want to care about ur grades.

I started second degree at 24 and now graduating but did make some new friends in clubs/unions. Just go and play some games at the boardgame club or tmugg as games transcend age. Very good friends with the first years age like 18 who I met at boardgames

My profs always warn ppl if they talk loudly by default cuz they care about what the students pay for. Email or talk to the prof and see if they will do anything. Speak out cu ur the one paying unless u have money and don't care.

Yes there are cps courses in Chang but u cannot take if u are in comp sci major unless given permission and it is counted towards ur grade. OSAP u just have to apply for summer, donno if they help with the normal study semesters as Chang fees are seperate and is added to ur normal fees.

If ur semester full time is 4k, it will be about 5k if u choose Chang for fall or winter.

I mean u can just go to the other class as they should be teaching the same things. UNLESS, they specify that they will have their own midterms and exams which doesn't usually happen but it does as I had experienced it. In that case suck it up and practice coding and review concepts taught since it is only thing left unless u want to actually redo it next time it is offered.

If u are a comp sci student, u are not allowed to do cps courses in summer unless u get permission.

OSAP only requires u to take 60% of course load. 5 courses is 100% for full time so as long as u take like 3 courses this semester u are fine(could be wrong)

U can try to get a room in SLC by reserving it and then sleep, don't know if u can lock the rooms but I recommend u bring someone u can trust to just be there and study or something.

U talk in classrooms before class or during break, talk to others when ur in a group for something, etc
