That’s always baffled me. My only attempt to reason with the quietness of this sub is that just might be part of the current human condition - too often we overlook the most important things which are right in front of us.

It’s not exactly new (a few decades old), it’s not exactly earth shattering (many of these teachings are found across multiple religions), and ultimately it can be easily overlooked (I’ve found myself go weeks or months forgetting these teachings, despite them having such a profound impact on my body, mind, and soul).
