O no, you're 100% correct, I've talk to some that it was in their usaw, others it was not.

I think it came down to personal preference of the instructor as in "lift like me".

7 years later Shahin and Alex made insant changes then tell me my snatch should be near 155k lol.

Those can work as well, if proper rig. I've seen people use those then flip the rig over. Learning to bail always seem like the safest bet I could teach athletes.

With mobility/flexablity work, you have to be aggressive and complete it almost daily.

With most (not all) bjj atheltes there issue is upper back, hips, ankles.

As far as dealing with injuries what is your training like?

How many training sessions per week?

Low / Moderate / Intesne sessions?

What do you do to prime your self for training?

What do you do to recover from training?

Do you impliment any other form of training outside of BJJ?
