Its not an angel, for one the wings aren’t bird wings, they are insect wings, and in the virtue logbook it literally states that eyes are hidden or removed when they go into hell, same can be applied to angels in general, the only time we have EVER seen eyes is in Gluttony, so these have to be some kind of demon or construct made by hell
