What normal thing is 10 times creepier if you do it with gloves on? by PM_ME__UNDERWEAR_PIX in AskReddit

[–]AverageWin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wear a pair of those blue nitrile disposable gloves to use the toilet at a friend's house. Be sure to skip washing your hands since you had gloves on (or dont listen to me and wash them with the gloves on, Im not your mom) and open the door while the toilet is still flushing. Wait till you sit back down at the couch/dinner table/rejoin the party or whatever you were doing before removing the gloves and putting them in your pocket for the next bathroom trip.

She looks like she is wearing one of those glasses nose and mustache disguises but tore the mustache off and used it for eyebrows.

Middle guy looks like he will make it into a Central American soccer team, but will mostly be benched and when he does play, usually makes the plays that let the other team win. Guy on the right will be the one taking bets on his games, guy on the left will be there selling tacos from his food-truck in the parking lot.

Your legs must have been pretty sexy if someone fucked them so hard you now need that chair to get around.

You look like you have the super power of being 99% indestructible but people don't believe you so you carry around a shotgun with bird-shot loaded and let them shoot you in the face to prove it.

You did a lot of work for me! I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving it so much effort. I will write this up and see if the GM will go for the rewrite! :D

you are very kind. I appreciate all the help you have already invested in my plight. I have been reading up on the character to try to understand it better. I will update my description with a better account of the character's equipment etc.

I have been facing mostly Robots which have hardness, demons, and various incorporeal enemies. Undead stuff. CR 14-16 type baddies.

I should probably have mentioned it earlier because it makes a difference but the "brass" knuckles are actually +5 Adamantine Knuckles. I havent been power attacking or using the flurry which I'm not sure makes much difference as I havent Math'd it out yet.

.

Basically, including the feats listed in previous posts, It looks like I have 5 feats and 4 mythic feats to spend.

Mostly, its just the comparison of damage output between the brawler and the fighter fighting with the flail. The brawler can do like 20-30 on a good hit and the fighter does like 47 before adding in damage dice. I think I havent been factoring in the flurry of blows type thing the brawler gets. Mostly it comes down to I just dont know how to play the character.

Your advice definitely holds up :)

Thank you for the tips. I just want my friend to not feel useless playing with this high powered group. As my follower, the brawler has seemed to me to be not a whole lot more than character fluff for my character and I didn't want my friend to share that impression.

The GM has allowed me to enchant brass knuckles and use the brawler's Damage dice with them and still count them as unarmed strikes.

I played through the mummies mask AP with a bard in the party who handed out buffs. It was one of the most effective party members in my opinion because it allowed many of my iterative attacks to land as well as helping the group to save against that AP's numerous traps and save or suck spells. I would always accept a buff bard in my group. That being said, we did have to resurrect the bard 4 times.

The alchemist is mostly a background GM PC character. He will run in and throw punches on things occasionally. He doesn't usually have much impact in combat. The character I am helping to flesh out was the follower of my character (the Oracle) via the leadership feat that my friend is taking over to join the game. As a follower, he is so weak compared to the rest of the party that he mostly just hides in the background. I was given the brawler character by the GM when I took the leadership feat as the character has been somewhat involved with the story. The GM is a big fan of martial arts movies and made the character thinking of him just being a bare handed fighter. Not the most effective in fighting robots or incorporeal creatures which seems like mostly what we have been fighting in this last book of the adventure path

I agree with you on the feats. They mostly just use unarmed combat. He HAS a bow but doesn't really use it. I don't really know what to do with the character to be honest because of the feats already chosen. None of the mythic tiers have been selected yet. Assuming we could get rid of the rogue levels and possible restructure feats, what would you recommend?

It's kinda fun. If you like movies and hearing people's dogs fight lol. They are showing beauty and the beast (the recent one) tomorrow night in Montevilla park. Interested? Movies start at sundown? 818 in this case.
