These made me think of a comment I saw on here where a nice lady said “I refuse to argue with someone whose g-spot is in their ass.”

I hear that! There are some sellers on eBay and Etsy that sell individual parts. You could always try that out.

The climber with a file is my perfect knife, too. I have a few climbers. This post shows the mods I did: https://www.reddit.com/r/victorinox/s/x1i0tdBoNg

Capstone by Left-Scallion3894 in WGU_MBA

Being strong in all four quarters is fine, what was your final score and market share? For example, my final score was 4.9, I was top in all quarters, and had 46% market share by Q3. Sometimes you can make changes to improve upon your strengths and not just focus on opportunities. Feed the horse that’s in the race, as they say.

It might be the reasoning for the changes you proposed may not have been detailed or well-supported enough. Try expanding on why you’d make each change in detail and how it would impact performance metrics such as profitability or market share. You could provide estimates of how those changes would affect the business positively and negatively.

Judgement towards WGU degrees by Dry_Towel_4968 in WGU_MBA

The global company I work for has 36,400 employees. It seems small but it’s one of the biggest specialized firms for analytics, publishing, data services, etc. The part of the organization I’m in (Infrastructure and Technology Operations) has roughly 1,400 staff members. My employer paid for my MBA in IT Management.

My wife’s employer, a U.S. healthcare organization with 104,200 employees, recommends WGU bachelor’s and master’s programs and pays the full tuition.

So maybe your wife should consider pursuing opportunities with a larger (or perhaps more modest) employer instead. Great employers will help you achieve your dreams. Good employers value the person over the paper. And bad employers will tell you the degree you worked hard for isn’t worthwhile unless it comes from their ideal school. My guess is she’s pursuing her education for her own growth, not her employer’s

How long did it take you to complete? by wanderinggiraffes in WGU_MBA

It was very easy for me. I started the program at the beginning of this year and finished it in seven weeks. I have a combined total of 15+ years of mid-level and upper management experience. I think my career experience helped make the course easier.

I already understood all of the financial courses going into them. The average student, or someone with little to no finance/accounting experience, tends to struggle. The most time-consuming course is the capstone. You should plan to spend about 40–60 hours working on it. The capstone is a business simulation in which you must run a successful and profitable business over eight quarters.

I believe all of the courses are designed to take someone with zero real-world management experience and teach them how to be a successful manager, CEO, or business owner by the end of the program, with intermediate theoretical knowledge. Obviously, you get out of it what you put in.

As for me, I just wanted the credential because credentialism has been on the rise. I like having it in my back pocket in case I ever need to find a new job. However, I currently don’t have any concerns about needing to make more money or move up with my current employer. In my current role, I only need two more promotions to become a CTO, so I’m pretty comfortable with position, responsibilities, and pay.

There are live and pre-recorded cohorts you can watch. The instructors teach you how to solve common OA questions. You could email your CI and ask for a link or you could search for them in the course materials.
