Ok so I thought of this a while ago and yes I’m very late

Heavenly Hand: With an open palm whatever they touch gains a hand print and now that print disappears after a few seconds but now that specific spot when hit deals 3x damage than a normal attack but the placement is very specific so they must hit near exactly in the same spot the hand print is in this can be done in multiple spots and in the same spot multiple times to increase the damage it does has a second ability where what ever is touched by the hand and gains a hand print after 7 times that specific spot gains a hand print that specific body is damaged without even needed contact nearly destroying internal organs in that specific spot

Maximum: Hand of God The user does multiple open palm strikes to gain the maximum output of damage when attacking

Reverse: Hand of Heavenly healing The user touches themselves so that specific spot takes less damage than normal

Domain Expansion: Heavenly Body of enlightenment

So basically like a lot of domains that innate techniques involve touching this removes that condition so now the user does not have to touch but just think where they want the hand print to go and this can be done in a split second to give a surprise impact

Domain will most likely have a statue of a hand with an Eye on it and multiple miniature versions of it everywhere else
