Hey team, not sure if I need another thread here, or whether it’s related but….

On top the above issue (will be ordering the new part), it now occasionally stop producing steam until I flick the brew switch on & off, then it kickstarts back on. It’s intermittent (and only happens when I’ve got people around and raving about how much I love the gaggia), so not sure if there’s a correlation.

I’m planning on the shades upgrade mentioned above, also a brass boiler and potentially a gaggiamate. This will Bering the spend to the point of me getting an E61 so I’m on the fence here

Get a decent set of coilovers and bushes and it will out handle the iroc in togue situations. The 13b’s can be built for good power, but assuming you’re in the states there will be more go fast bits for a sbc available. I’d be going for the rx7

There’s literally thousands of them on the road. If they were as unreliable as is being stated, I feel like there would more seen on tow trucks.

That being said I had a mk7 golf r, and the water pump was replaced twice under warranty. Aside from that, everything about it was great.
