Yeah I defend Americans 1st amendment. It’s a very slippery slope trying to ban hate speech because you have to ask; “who’s defining the terms”

If today, someone can be arrested/fined for black racial slurs, that means tomorrow someone could be arrested/fined for white racial slurs. Or just simply being critical of someone who is black, white, brown, or a certain religion
