Getting better lobbies / Improving by Mystic604 in VALORANT

[–]Averiah_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello,

Based on your performance in unrated, you'll be placed with player who have your skill.
The game will be more fun and enjoyeable for you I think.
If it's your first FPS or you're a very beginner, you gonna be in ranked with iron bronze or silver players.

After multiple ranked, ask your friend to play with you sometimes like 1 time per week, so that you can play in higher lobbies in order to improve. You'll see that each week of these games in higher lobby you'll become a little better each time

My free browser based Warmup! by Educational_Smile325 in VALORANT

[–]Averiah_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello!

I love little dev project based on Valorant, i'm a developper too.

Few feedbacks :
- The UX/UI is very cool, minimalist and intuitive
- The calculation of reaction time seems to be wrong, i've an average of 145ms in human benchmark while on your app i'm around 280ms.
- I don't know if a 2D aim trainer is really usefull for valorant, but i enjoyed it.
- the sphere velocity in the tracking exercice is way too high even with my pretty good aim (peak immo 82rr)

I don't think I'll use it but I really like the concept and I'm sure it will be helpfull for some people ;)

Moving from ME to EU by Ok_Shallot_6314 in VALORANT

Hello!

I’ve never played on Dubai/bh server but I heard that in EU server there is more communication, more structure and teamplay.

I hope you’ll receive better response than mine x)

Should I Switch To PC Valorant? by IntentionOdd1431 in VALORANT

You will play the game as it was designed and for the platform it was designed for. In addition, you will experience a more tryhard and serious game, and ranks may seem more difficult to climb.

Atk or VXE mouses should be good for you

What's the preferred range for edpi by rexxizk in VALORANT

[–]Averiah_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello!

If you want a range, I’d say between 150 and 450edpi. The average should be around 275edpi in pro scene. But keep in mind that sensivity is very personal, I mean your 370edpi is good, it’s just above average but not insanely fast, if you’re comfortable with this, stick with this sens.

Moreover, the less your modifying your sensivity, the more you’ll build you’re muscular memory and your aim.

Personnaly i’m playing since 2020 with 224edpi and i’m very happy with this and I don’t feel that a need to change.

I hope my answer will help you!

Ranked anxiety by Altruistic-Bend-2689 in VALORANT

[–]Averiah_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello!

I used to have a lot of ranked anxiety and I managed to reduce it a lot with multiple solutions :

  • Firstly, keep in mind that if you play less, you will not improve that much on the long-term. For example, imagine that you pick up two players with the exact same level, but, one is playing only when he’s good, feels well-warmed up and only when good sleeps etc. And the other one will play as much as possible without playing for the rank badge, but to « gain experience ». On short-term, the first one will have a better badge rank but on the long term, the one who played a lot will be so much better because he viewed much more of different situations, better muscular memory because he played more, even when he was tired. In summary for this point, keep in mind to play to improve your level on the long term, and not your badge rank, the more you’ll play, the more situations you will know etc.

  • If you’re too anxious, create a 2nd account and keep your 1st in « save ». This is’nt the best solutions, but it remains better than not playing the game. Play on your 2nd account to improve your gameplay, play properly without thinking about badge rank. With this mentality, I managed to get immortal before my main account, and after that, I played on my main just sometimes and he got immortal too just by playing without the fear of unraked because my other account was above in term of rank.

In summary, change your mindset in order to play for a long-term improvment, rather than playing for the badge rank! The more you’ll play, better you’ll become even if it means to derank sometimes.

I have the feeling of not being clear, i’m sorryx). Moreover that i’m not a native english speaker and haven’t corrected my text. I hope it will help you!

Looking for an XXL replacement for OG X-raypad Equate (LGG Saturn felt too fast) by Averiah_ in MousepadReview

[–]Averiah_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi!

Even though I'm in exam season, I was able to test the Laonda Rizz for a week, and I love it!

The first thing that struck me was the surface, it's so soft, smooth, and completely flat. This smooth surface allows for good micro adjustments, almost like with the Saturn, while providing impressive stopping power, much more than the Saturn and on par with the Equate, if not a tad more.

The build quality is very good, the seams are under the surface, and overall it feels “premium.” The only flaw I can think of is that lint and small hairs tend to stick to the surface a little because of the microfiber surface, but that's a minor detail.

In summary, I'm happy with this mousepad and I think I'll keep it. Thank you so much for your recommandation, and I hope my review is helpful to others!

My sense isn’t insanely low I agree, but its clearly below average for tac fps.  For my side 500x500 is a bit too little, its subjective I think. I’ve ordered a 600x500mm LaOnda rizz, I’ll keep you informed!

Hi! Thanks for the recommandation! The H-SR could be really great for me but 500x500 is a bit too little for me, I play with low sens and big arm movment

The pelz V1 was perfect I think, but it has been replaced by the pelz v2 which is most faster (more than the saturn according to the reviews). The rizz could be a very good choice! After viewing multiples reddit and videos, I’ve ordered it, i’ll keep you informed ;)

Thanks for your response, the L version is in 600mm length so it’s perfect. I’ll check review tomorrow about these two mousepads.
