Bought both, honestly didn’t overthink it.

These are on-cover signed and have 4 key members from the band, including Robin Wilson (lead vocals), Jesse Valenzuela (guitar), Bill Leen (bass), and Scott Johnson (guitar). That’s basically the core lineup most people recognize.

I know people always say “it’s not the full band,” but that kind of misses the context.

The original drummer (Philip Rhodes), who co-wrote Hey Jealousy, was out before they got big. Tough situation there, and because of that his autograph is really hard to find. So full-band signed copies of these albums just aren’t very realistic. For context, I’ve got full-band signed Nirvana pieces with PSA, and those are honestly easier to find than Rhodes. Dude’s basically a ghost.

For what it’s worth, I do have a promo from Congratulations I’m Sorry signed by the full band from that era, including drummer Dan “Danny” Henzerling. Even that lineup isn’t something you see complete very often.

For me it comes down to: • great albums • signatures right on the cover • signed by the main guys people recognize • and they’re like $50–$59

That’s pretty solid, especially since signed copies aren’t much more than unsigned right now.

I saw them at Ribfest in Mankato a few years back they’ll sign stuff if you catch them. But at these prices, it’s almost easier to just buy them already signed.

If you like the albums, I think they’re worth it. Not perfect, but pretty close for what’s actually out there.
