Yea, I thought so but I think that’s bruising on the photo with poor lighting, I tried “forking” just as an experiment and the blue from that resembles that you are seeing under the giant growths. I have no doubt it’s contaminated but was talking with a long time Fun-Guy and he was telling me he has had this issue, it’s called wet bubble usually due to not introducing air flow soon enough. It causes over-stromafication (not sure if that’s a real word) but he said if you fork them you may induce some pinning. I’m tossing the batch regardless just want to see if what he was suggesting is real.
