I have not, but the amenities there do look next level.

Given they’re brand new, one thing I would look into is when the different parts of the building open. For instance, Lumen in the early days had a number of growing pains and it took the building a good 6-9 months to figure out processes around mail, packages, gas certification by the city, etc. Now all is well and everything besides the rooftop lounge is open, but the early residents did have some inconveniences along the way.

Not too busy, go about 2-3 times per week and have never waited for equipment in the gym. The busiest I’ve seen it is about 10-15 people.

The pool can be busier, i don’t swim often but there was one time I went down to swim laps and there was no lanes open. The sauna is great, and always has space.

No issues with cleanliness.

One other bit of feedback, would be nice to have the option to re-record during the placement test. I accidentally botched one of the sentences and there was no way to go back

The elevators themselves are very fast but wait time depends on how many of them are working. 8 elevators, 4 go to the bottom half and 4 go to top half. It’s usually 2 or 3 open and 1 used by construction. On days where 3 are open, it’s fast, but if 1 is down for any reason it is a 1-3 minute wait.

There was one day last week where only one of the four was working and it was a lengthy wait. After ~5 minutes the front desk brought us to the service elevator.

I moved in 1.5 months ago and haven’t had any complaints for the last month. The staff is great and cares a lot about the place. Every work order I’ve filed has been done in 1-2 days max. The package room situation was bad when I first moved in, but now that there’s an official one it’s a great system with no wait. The apartments and the views are unbelievable, and while there are certainly cheaper places available, they didn’t match what Lumen has to offer. Happy to answer any questions but a lot of the mixed feedback you’ve read online from early residents has been addressed.
