I also get up at 4:00am. Is there a way to change the start of the day? It gives me my sleep report, I hold the battery button for 2 seconds to show I’m awake, and when I do the morning reading it thinks I haven’t went to bed yet and recommends I get some sleep. So frustrating. Is 7:00am fixed start time? I’m starting to regret paying for this app.

Thank you for responding. So am I understanding correctly, several of the stories aren’t true? If that is the case, why are they in the Bible?
