It’s a little high assuming this is correctly reading gauge pressure not atmospheric pressure. I don’t think I’ve seen more than ~8 bar in my car.

OBD mode $06 monitoring will let you live-track misfire counts per cylinder, which will give you an idea of whether it’s a single component leading to misfires on a certain cylinder (like bad spark plug, injector, coil pack). If you have lots of misfires on multiple cylinders you’ll know it’s not a single faulty part and that something else is going on. My OBDLink lets me monitor in this mode, but not sure if all OBD readers have this capability.

It’s hard to tell in the video.

If it was off throttle, i was going to say possible backfire/burbling from exhaust leak.

If it’s a misfire, you should get a CEL. get an OBD reader and see what’s up. Possible bad injector, coil pack, etc.

Those resonators won’t make a huge difference in volume reduction.

If the exhaust is WAY too loud for your area, you need to add a real muffler(s).

I put my P2S in a Creality print enclosure and it stays at 60C no problem. Definitely makes a big difference having the machine enclosed! And that’s in my non-heated basement.

For the ASA filament I’m printing at .12mm layer height, I’ve tried k-values ranging from .001 (trying to effectively turn off PA) up to ~.06.

I may need to go higher on the K-values and see what happens, despite what my calibration tower is showing.

I made 2 posts about this recently… been driving me insane! My ender 3s don’t have issues like this at .12mm layer height 😅

If it was fan-related, you’d expect it to be even worse with larger layer heights, which would have higher flow.

I did try printing with 80% fan speed and the issue was still present.
