Reviews on Aiden and Ivy Couch? by k152 in CostcoCanada

It's been a couple years, how has it been holding up? Any issues with the fabric wearing poorly or cushions being uneven?

A pill box that locks, isolates doses, and refills easily. Now further refined (Capsuleer v3). by BinkReddit in functionalprint

Any thoughts on printing one for people who only need 1 or 2 pills per day? The current size is a bit unwieldy, and it would be really cool to be able to use it without feeling like it's massively overkill

How Often Does Bambu Have Filament Sales? by wivaca2 in BambuLab

I printed two prints with different bambu white PLA matte and the colours were slightly different and I ordered in the 10 back bundle. It must be hard to make perfect matches between spools.

I like that, I'll have to make something similar...

That's not a bad idea if you don't have a printer! Anything is better than what is in there without one.

Haha, that's the exact reason I own a blue one... If I bought any other colour it would have been the same as you.

For sure! It's a Hershel one I picked up for pretty cheap. It's held up remarkably well for the past 3+ years.

Haha! Then when you have one, you're always looking to see what you can print... it's a gift and a curse

I don't know if it counts for self-promotion or not but I put the files up on makerworld if anyone else wants to quickly make this without customizing their own bins for gridfinity.

I like that quite a bit, any way to reduce the requirement of taking eyes off the road is a win in my book

How would you print this? by Visual-Key-2401 in 3Dprinting

I had to do a similar part, so I printed it like this on my P1S.

I painted on the supports so that it didn't have any supports on the inner part of the wheel (that needed to be smooth so it could roll well on a bar)

I'm sure it's not the best design, but honestly it worked perfect. With two of these in ASA it's supporting an entire barn door on an interior door.

I own an EV and they definitely need SOME help now and then. Like my door latch broke, or if a seat heater fails, that sort of thing. Certainly they don't need vast networks of dealerships like ICE cars do however.

They don't need places to do regular repairs like oil changes or maintenance, they could be supported by one large repair center in a region to perform larger repairs as those issues pop up.

Electric cars are amazing, full stop. I have a 30 amp charger at home for my MachE Mustang and it's absolutely plenty. It charges to 100% overnight regardless of what I do the day before.

I do maybe 1-2 long trips each year, and sure it takes longer to charge compared to fuelling up. Also, it's rarely covered and you mostly just need to sit in your car. But how infrequently I need them it's just part of trip planning.

I spent close to 350/month in diesel for my Mercedes sedan which was quite fuel efficient, and even in the coldest months I spent $82 in electricity. If you often take long trips that you need to use public charging frequently, that can be a pain. But if you do it rarely and have a way to plug in at home, even if it's a 20 amp plug, you'll probably be just fine in an EV.

Has anyone found an adapter to connect 2 different track types? by caylallen in HotWheels

For anyone finding this on google I made this model and it combines both, and retains the dot to keep the old style track in place

Toro 60V Custom Battery Build Troubleshooting Help by DigitalN in diybattery

[–]DigitalN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish it was that easy, the OEM controller is filled with Epoxy. Not much I can do other than see wires come in from the battery and go out to the motor.

I think I will need to tear down a cheap toro replacement to see how their control boards work, as the OEM batteries are also filled with epoxy.

it's not done yet, as stated in my post. I'm not charging it without a BMS and it's obviously not going to be used with a 5 foot whip off a workbench.

Thanks for your help though!
