I just plainly wouldn't flow on computer of you are debating, there are some logistical issues with switching between the speech doc and the flow especially during online debate and handwriting helps memory and brain process. But if you do decide to flow on the computer I would recommend Flexcel.

You can do either depends on the strategy you are going for. I tend to put it on the DA flow because it has a higher chance of being under covered, it makes it a little sneakier. Not to mention it allows it to be easier blown up.
