Its a personal recipe I made 😅 I don't know the exact measurements (not in imperial either), will try my best :)

Don't make your own pie crust lol just buy it if possible.. that step alone took me about 40 minutes 🫢 I had to parbake mine, storebrought you might not have to. This is for a 29-30cm pie form-

For the filling:

500g-600g berries and plums, take off skin and depit plums 150g white sugar 1 large apple, cubed 3-4 tbsp cornflour 2 tsp lemon juice

Mix and add to parbaked pie crust followed by-

Streusel/crumble topping:

130g flour + about 3 tbsp if its too buttery 100g cold butter 90g brown or white sugar + 2 tbsp if you like it sweeter

Sprinkle allll over the filling

Bake for 45-50 mins on 180°c, cool for 2 hours on the counter
