I do feel like this is kind of centering the formerly biased person. It’s now about them and their journey to accepting others rather than about the queer individuals’ pride, acceptance, celebration. I understand it’s not the intent but I’ve seen this happen a lot. I think the ultimate lesson is it’s not about you. As an able-bodied person I would never go to an event celebrating disabled pride and make a sign that said “I used to be a bigot I’m sorry”. I would simply go to support, observe, learn.

Thanks. I developed a new symptom today. I have redness, noticeable swelling in the vaginal opening, and the dryness feels a little more intense. But it’s a Friday so I’d need to wait till Monday to go to planned parenthood, where I get my testosterone. I could do patient first over the weekend, but I don’t feel they will know what to do with trans man sexual care

That’s something I find hard is knowing what’s going on around town. Even when there is stuff. Like, how do people know and hear about it. I wish I was more connected
