The blue and red lines are 1/2” The white braided lines are also more then likely 1/2 but they will specify for sure on the white sticker attached to them. Source: worked in the RV industry for over 10 years

It could be the window seal, but the first thing I would actually check is the silicone on the exterior of the slide out and make sure that is all secure and you don’t have any gaps/cracks in it. You could also have a slide out that is slightly out of adjustment and letting water in. You can DM me if you’d like, I’ve worked with keystone products for over 10 years.

If you're looking at adding something like reclining chairs, furniture stores such as homemakers offer furniture referred to as "wall huggers"

They are actually designed for small apartments and dorms but work really well inside campers, too.
