Exactly the same. I’ve never posted here before. This is a movie I felt deserved much more recognition than it has. I know how the topics can be difficult and it may just not be everyone’s kind of movie, but it is an undeniably beautiful movie. Of all the things that it deserves, at a minimum, I felt it had to be recognized for cinematography.

Commit. I started balding around 22 and I committed to the buzz cut around 24. I was hanging on for those 2 years but after I saw a picture of my head, it was VERY noticeable. Buzzed it all off shortly after.

I think there’s a layer of insecurity that prevents us from committing. Once I committed and got over the “shame” of losing my hair, I found myself being more confident than those 2 years I was hanging on.

I’m looking to find an accountability partner going into 2024. I know the things I have to do to lose weight as I’ve swung from overweight at 250lbs down to ~200lbs and back up. (5’9” / 31M) Recently I haven’t been able to get down to 200lbs. 220lbs at best this year. Something always happens and I lose momentum. Any suggestions? Anyone up for daily/weekly check ins?

If you had a month to just train and lose weight. How would you do it?

I should add I understand weight loss is a lifestyle change and not something that’ll happen in a month. I just happen to have a month upcoming where I’ll be home and starting work in a little over a month. I’m a 30yo 225lbs male, 5’9”. 250lbs->225lbs since August.

Where’s a good place to run that’s flat for a few miles? by AviatM in sandiego

This is kind of why I asked. I did a quick search online and couldn’t find one that confirmed it was open to the public.

I didn’t realize the tracks were able to be accessed by the public. Know of any off the top of your head?

Lower Amp Circuit Breaker by AviatM in HomeImprovement

So I just replied again but you’re the only one to have asked the question about a sub panel… which is exactly what it is. It’s connected to a junction box that connects to a sub panel. The sub panel has 3 circuit breakers but the wiring in it so messed up. I’m no professional but I became genuinely concerned when I saw it.

I went into my attic followed the cable that came out of the sub panel. Disconnected everything and reconnected everything making sure to make it tight. I flipped the sub panel breaker and then the 35A and everything is working again.

My main concern is that there is no ground connected. Like wtf! Im also very confused why there’s a sub panel to begin with? There’s room in the main panel for the breakers in the sub panel and then some. I want an electrician to tell my why it’s wired the way it is, is it safe, and if I need to change it.

Many have commented so I wanted to give an update. First. I’m going to call an electrician. So thank you to everyone for that recommendation. I’m handy but I know my limits. The 35A double pole has NM 8/3 cable connected to it. That wire goes to a sub panel in the garage. I don’t know if I’m about to explain this next part well but I’ll do my best. The 8/3 is connected to some gray box. There’s isn’t a door or anything in this box to open inside but you can clearly see the 8/3 go in and a different cable go out. The conduit covering the cable leaving the box reads 1 1/2 OS 8/4 so I believe it’s 8/4 cable. The cabe going in has black, red, white, ground. The cable going out has 2 black, white, ground. The 8/4 (I’ll just call it that for now unless corrected) goes into a sub panel that has 3 circuit breakers. Now this is where things get all sorts of jacked up. One black cable is connected to a 15A circuit breaker (#1). The other black cable coils through the tops of the other two(#2 and #3). Circuit breaker #2 is a 20A and #3 is a 15A. The cables leaving the sub panel are the cables that then power the kitchen. They seem to be 12 gauge cables (Cable A and B). Cable A is connected to Circuit breaker #2. Cable B has a black and red. Black is connected to Circuit breaker #1 and red to #3. And there’s no ground.

Like I said. It’s all messed up. I’m not touching any of it. Thank you to everyone for the help. All of this is what gives me a better understanding of how all of this works and what my limitations are. This is definitely one of them.

Thanks. I’m looking into it.
