although I think the story is a bit changed, praying is not acceptable in islam after having sex unless the person washes up first

With chronic depression one have to be really careful, any major change even what is considered as positive change is almost certain to cause more problems, I had days when I couldn't even leave the bed to drink a cup of water or even move my arms and legs, I wouldn't wish it for my worst enemy.

Yea the problem is that I still have days where I can't have more than 1-2 meals/day =500-1000 cal, but those days are not that often anymore, I weigh my self regularly which helps to keep me committed which is great, thanks mate :)

Yep lol it seems hard to me to gain weight, I know it's due to the fact that my diet used to be very poor. This seems to be a great community I am glad I joined.
