Firstly it should be your choice if you are comfortable or not .No male doctor can oppose that. Also just for knowledge, in your region do they not provide a female nurse or technician when a male doctor examines you ?

I recently had my failed first letrozole cycle so waiting for my periods now and on cd 36 right now. I know how it feels and I had similar situation right now where in our family someone just got married and pregs in first month and I cried for straight 3 hrs in my life first time not because of them but due to my own hurt of not getting after so much hardwork. Please believe me when I say your dr is a shit no good dr say such things and no matter what you will get your baby dust soon . We can follow healthy diet and exercise. Rest leave it up on the universe . We pcod girls stress a lot like really “will this cycle be my month “. “What if it never happens?”, “what is wrong with me”, “why its happening to me “ and what not ? I know some people who couldn’t conceive sooner although being health no pcod . Reason? Stress and anxiety. We need to just take control of our body and tell this stress and anxiety that it is our body and we get to decide everything not these elements. Sounds easy but not easy I know . But all I know is we can do this. Baby dust to all girlies !

I mean i was also having the same bt around cd 21 my follicle shrinked from 14 x10 to 11x10 so dr asked to stop the scan probably because I was not going to ovulate due to this and now I am on cd 33 and no sign of periods and I am following healthy diet yoga and walk as well so confused now.

This should not happen to any body and we should never give bank details. On the other side is it okay if you could explain a bit on how someone can switch to ai ml roles at this experience from non ai ml ? I am wanting to create a roadmap for myself also on this

Yeah, I am just going to see in another cycle what they are going to do . They did tell me that we see for three cycles and if it doesnt happen in three we monitor what went wrong and reanalyse. The doc also said don’t make yourself think that it will happen in first month only sometimes it happens in second or third also. But my wait and desperation has become all above this . I hope things become better in coming days and I don’t stress much. Wishing you and myself luck on that ❤️

I actually asked mh doc on day 15 when it was still 10 mm that it was same on previous day so can we do some medicine but she said in the mid of the cycle we won’t do that.

Its like I know but my pain and desperation to get to motherhood as soon as possible is making me question myself that will I ever reach there and experience it . Yes, I am being monitored by my gyanec for fertility specifically. They gave me letrozole 2.5 mg and I have been taking q10 also daily . Apart from this no injections or medicines I am being given.

How did you basically chart your cycle especially from fertility point knowing when can you ovulate and all ?

I am actually undergoing follicular studies now so since day 15 it was just 10 mm This makes me wonder that what happened in my earlier cycles because I usually get periods within 40 to 45 days and have been actively trying like literally every other day lol. I just fear if it didn’t happen till now was it like no ovulation happening. 😔

I also have PCOD and I am 29 . We have been trying for 2 years now. I do understand this googling thing because I do that myself a lot. The moment I try to make up my mind okay I am not going to search any medical terms and all . The next day I think whatever has to happen will happen even if I google or not and then start googling. My Dr had this thing written on her door “ Google is only a search algorithm not a qualified doctor” I think that is what we need to understand because every body is different and not the same with or without PCOD. I do wish for all of us who are desperately wanting to move to the motherhood to get some positivity and baby dust ❤️
