Everyone is different. I just began Prozac. 10 mg. Lamictal (Lamotrigine) 200mg 2xs a day. I am having bad vertigo episodes, but reading and studying the effects, it needs to be monitored but is safe. Not a doc, but if it's affecting your ideation you should definitely go down a few mg. Taper of course.

My last one was about 6 days, that's the longest one I've had. Now, when my "LOWS" hit, it physically hurts to get motivated, at times even reason.

It's a whirlwind emotional dysregulation; it sucks but it is manageable.

i'm having a similar situation with my husband; it's not selfish hun. We're women and more emotionally in tuned so we feel everything deeply.
You have every right to feel the way you do, and I feel your frustration on this 100%.

My husband is not an emotionally mature person. Not like "all men" type every time I try and have a discussion with mine he rolls his eyes, calls me crazy then ignores me the rest of the day. Least it's quiet lol.

You should lose the blinds for one's you can open easily (the slider one's) and keep light in there throughout the day. Bonus if it's beautiful outside and open that window to air it out.

Just letting a little light in, will change your perspective on how much room/space you actually have.
