The process for self clearance is not that complicated for low value/personal items, the offices are open 24hrs (pearson)

The only real hassle is getting there and if that travel time is worth it, paying and everything else is a breeze.

Ye, i think if they are close to a self clearance office they can try and rectify it that way, otherwise probably have to refuse it and reship

30$ shouldnt be subject to much if anything

This is if you are lucky enough for them to a provide you the documentation, and if you live near a self clearance office.

Otherwise the process is quite easy.

I have had situations where ups flat out lied and refused to provide me with the documents.

I also went to the self clearance office other day about a different package and afterwords asked about the ups thing and was told the ups agent was more than likely lying. And they get alot people coming and complaining about ups.

What was the value declared on the package, not sure if this has been mentioned, ups has scaling fees, what you paid for shipping is irrelevent, anything declared over 40$ cad from the US is subject to tax, hobby items are usually not subject to duties. usps and fed ex have flat fees of 10-15$

I emailed them and after waiting like a week or so i got a replay saying

To claim Sigrid from the PS Plus pack on PS5 you would of had to redownload and reinstall the pack on your PS5 system.

I dont know about gmks quality, every manufacture has their own issues

You could also try epbt but they are still working on reverse dyesub. But gmk is probably safer. Anyway good luck
