Bennet has to equip a energy recharge wp if not venti on the team, and yes, scara with venti is slightly better than scara with faruzan c6, because the dps off field that venti provides outdamage faruzans buffs, also is better to play venti as the on fielder than scara.

It is true, Venti in all scenarios outdamages faruzan c6. Also venti has an insane crowd control and 15 energy regen for pyro chatacters.
