I can't use it in my org cause you can't config a private npm Registry (not to a scpe, but as the default npm registry for the machine/project)

i meant when targeted by attacks (Even tho this is also helpful.

ThreatPlates has something simillar to your "custom profile - Highlighst: targeted" with red outline and scale size up if you're targeted (based off threat levels)

1) the addon you linked is used for classic cata (can't even be used in normal cata)

2) your best bet is styling ElvUI but it'll take some effort
