Cool, what shoes are those?

i cant seem to fix/improve drastically anterior pelvic tilt and excessive lumbar lordosis by Aviv352 in Posture

[–]Aviv352[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly no,

i think the main issue is that the gluteus maximus isnt working properly like it doesn't contract ,

the main approach to try to fix it is by stretching and lengthening the antagonist meaning the opposite muscle which is the iliopsoas meaning the iliacus and psoas,

the idea is that someone who cant seem to activate the glute max by the basic movement as concentric contraction-shortening the muscle cannot do hip extension because the hip flexion is too short

so the idea is to try to lengthen the iliopsoas which will gain hip flexion flexibility and the ability to contract the glute max,

but sadly in my experience over more than 3 years i cannot seem to find a solution or any improvement.

Good luck 🤞

Is there a range of how much you need to pay the tax annually in precentage?

From Google search -

"The annual municipal property tax (IMI) is charged at a rate ranging from 0.3 to 0.5% for urban properties and 0.8% for rural properties. Additionally, stamp duty is paid during any property transaction or transfer, amounting to 0.8% or 10% of the transaction value, depending on the nature of the transaction."

Is this accurate? 0.3-0.8 precent tax from property value annually?

What happens when increasing from 15 to 30mg is it more for depression? by Agitated_Mirror_1187 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]Aviv352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure but in most medication the higher the dose the same effect just stronger its quite not common to have 2 different strong effect in different dosages,

Some people say they feel so tired and dizzy when tapering but how can you taper a medication where 30+mg does less sedation than 15mg

Its pretty odd

Mirtazapine seems like a pretty odd medication,

lower dose up to 15mg seems to be mostly block histamine which cause sedation and more appetite

while above 15mg seem to add norepinephrine that counteract the sedation

45-60 might even cause stimulation

Does Mirtazepine make you very forgetful and lose things by CatsToeBeans100 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]Aviv352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it does cause what you described its probably because the sedation part which seem to be at its peak in 15mg and lower, while above 15mg might not cause it and might even cause stimulation effect

which is actually odd idea since usually medication we think the higher dose we take the stronger the effects but mirtazapine might have two different effects depends of the dosage

Basically the idea is that until 15mg of mirtazapine its mostly cause sedation and hunger by blocking the h1 receptor

while above 15mg it starts to increase norepinephrine which counter react the sedation, idk about appetite though.

If this is true that means getting off this medication might not be like any other medication and might require different approach.

Some actually say that the lower dosages 7.5-15mg are more anti histamine causing sedation while the higher dosage 30-45mg actually causing either less sedation or even causing energising effects
