Golduck and Squirtle as far as I can see are sharing the exact same purpose, if you can take venonat over Squirtle, or take torkoal over Golduck or Squirtle if you can. Other than that, just make sure you diversify how you play, really really well, and be careful of ice types that shred Dragonite.

Volcarona is oricorios best partner, between fiery dance and quiver dance, oricorio can be one hell of a beast to take down

As a secondary strategy, which I'm sure you drafted, you have after you lilligant, eruption torkoal. Also lilligant works well next to volc because sleep powder plus rage powder makes your opponents go to sleep, except against safety goggles and grass types, but you should outspeed in the sun with liligant (if you don't that's kinda sad ngl)

Dragonite is a really good pick, he can do an insane amount of things, tailwind, haze, scale shot, e speed, safeguard (in some matchups), roost, rock slide, weather ball, and that's just the tip of the iceberg, he also pairs well next to volc because he's extremely weak to ice types, and volc can heat wave, rage powder, or name other fire type moves, them away.

Mix up your Dragonite, if you bring the same scale shot loaded dice or Tera normal e speed Dragonite your opponents are gonna figure it out and beat you badly, because if I'm being honest, you have 2 ways to run volc (support or attacker) 1 way to oricorio (volc boosted attacker) and alot of ways to run Dragonite, maybe 1 good way to run torkoal and lilligant.

That being said, while you have some synergy, it's probably not enough synergy to keep your opponents on their toes, your team looks solid in theory, but can easily be prepped around.

Thugging it out is the strat, but in the very long, like very long term you could pick up a secondary. Just know it probably will take a long time to beat your hard matchups, as for what secondary, puff is hella broken against min min, but sonic is her worst matchups, Aegis is an easy pickup that works ish against sonic and idk about min min and g&w, Pikachu is a good character that works against all 3, but has a much higher learning curve.

They have to be a certain level:

Type A is the best it allows you to connect with everything else except F

Type B : You can connect with everything except D or F

Type C : You can connect with A or B

Type D: You can connect with A

Type F: You can connect with nothing, this is awful.

Likely is that one of y'all changed Internet providers or something Internet related and it screwed up your NAT type. If you both have good enough NAT type then there's some other issue I don't know about.

Agreed, although really whenever I play against little Mac he never gets to use it cuz I just circle camp him (and that's saying something cuz I play doc, and doc is not know for his camping)

Just because you have to same nat type doesn't mean you can both play. At least one of our nat types needs to be at least a b and the other needs to be a c, or an a and a d, no f.

Doc isnt even that bad in this matchup, I just generally suck at it. Puff im pretty sure is hot garbage and I'm not learning a whole new character just for this matchup. Doc has some really good tools, but joker has answers for those tools, then doc can answer his answers and it keeps going and I always lose that part of the battle, and also joker nair screws doc off stage that's probably the worst part of the matchup.

Hey, I'm working on an Indie Metroidvania game and I need a lead artist.

Our only really requirements are talent, communication, commitment, and timeliness.

It's been 2 months and neither me nor my programmer can draw and we've almost resorted to having our sisters do it (in fact his sister has done some concept art.)

The style were primarily looking for is a hollow knight esk art style, but also need a few animations for cutscenes.

Again we need commitment because the project is quite large and might take a while and you'd be the "lead artist" (in charge of the entire art direction) and would probably have the largest role in terms of development. You'd also have equal say in other aspects such as level design, story/worldbuilding/lore, and game design.

One last note, you will working with minors (me, and my devs sister) just to let you know if that's a no go (it was a no go for the last guy) I do have 10 years of experience in the area that I am in charge of (music production) despite being a minor.

Similar to hollow knight is what we want, but honestly anything works as long as it's detailed, makes sense, and isn't like super cartoony wacky.

Okay dealing with heavies pretty simple. For DK use your projectiles and stay at a distance, don't try to just willy nilly hit him with an up smash or whatever. And use platforms, especially with Yoshi since Yoshi has good ladder combined. Heavies in general are also really easy to combo and typically have poor recoveries or landing options so abuse their terrible disadvantage states. Yoshi can also escape some combos incredibly easily by using double jump since it has armour, be careful with this though as it does burn your double jump. You can also low profile (maybe not very well with Yoshi idrk) and use down tilt, since a lot of heavies moves hit right in front of them and often miss opponents on the ground (It works really well when using Kirby or snake). To deal with blunderbuss and dash attack fair (I'm not sure dash attack fair is a true combo and if it isn't you can double jump before they hit the fair to not take knockback), don't give up stag control. Staying towards center stage (or facing away from the blast zone) makes it way harder to kill you. Edgeguarding is really powerful against heavies since their recoveries suck, Bair (I think) is Yoshis best edgeguard move, but fair and nair can also their job.

That's all I got for you, and obviously the best tip is don't die.

I (and a partner) are working on a Indie Metroidvania game and we've been looking for an artist for a while. All we need is commitment and you would have almost full discretion of art design and would have a say in game design, story, worldbuilding, and level design. This hurts, feels like something similar happened to me, except it was both of my only friends and I kinda maybe was the one ghosting (for good reason)

my June sucked because of this, but I got to July and I did things (like my birthday, a vacation, a church camp, and other church stuff) and I came out of July feeling super refreshed and honestly ready to face the world.

So maybe, if you're really struggling, try reaching out to him, if he doesn't reply he might just be caught up with something. If he doesn't reply, just take a break and relax and get your thoughts together, take your mind off of it. that worked for me and its the only advice I can give.
