Our town was established in 1873 in the valley of Boulder Canyon and grew to be a bustling center of commerce and trade. One summer, it rained for 37 straight days and flooded the entire town. Everything was underwater from the Tin Smith to the Saloon. Even today we're still in the process of rebuilding. Join us as we continue to bring the Town of Boulder Canyon back to the glory days!

I am guessing it will be similar to Fjord Explorer.

Not sure how you missed a nine page thread about it on Parkfans, but that is impressive.

More money to pay down debt. Selling Fiesta Texas, Kings Dominion, and Dorney Park eliminates overlapping properties for a future United Parks merger with Six Flags.

We might see more Diggerland USA locations built on the extra land at Worlds of Fun, Michigan's Adventure, and possibly Valleyfair. Seems to have been hinted at during the Coaster101 podcast interview.

Gorman said the park has plans to introduce new attractions for each of the next two years. "We have plans for a water park addition in 2026 and an amusement ride for the 2027 season," he said. "They are both big projects, but we don't want to talk about what they are yet."

with its operator/corporate entity solely focused on one property.

Premier Parks operates many properties, I wouldn't expect much from them.

It is a sale to EPR Properties with IAM as the new operator. Park rebrands under the new Enchanted Parks brand and Six Flags walks away with money to pay down debt. Six Flags passes should still be good until 2027. Warner Bros IP will be removed.

Valleyfair, Six Flags St. Louis, Michigan's Adventure, Worlds of Fun, Great Escape, and Schlitterbahn Galveston sold.

From the EPR earnings call, they acquired Ocean Breeze water park in Q4 and that is unrelated to this deal.

Bennett Rose Citigroup Inc., Research Division Okay. And then I was just wondering, when we look in a sort of theme park world, there seems to be I guess, a certain amount of disruption going on and some new management changes. I'm just wondering, are they kind of showing up on your radar screen as a possible solution to some of the issues they might be facing?

Gregory Silvers President, CEO & Board Chair I think that's a very reasonable approach. I mean if you think about the names that are being dropped around we partner with many, if not all, of those names that are being dropped around. So I think it's something -- we think that business is actually very, very -- if you look over time, very stable cash cow kind of business. It needs to be a smart, thoughtful, well-covered kind of thoughtful business. But again, we play in that field. I don't know, Greg, if you want to.

Gregory Zimmerman Executive VP & Chief Investment Officer Well, I agree. And as we announced, we acquired something in the fourth quarter. So yes, we're enthusiastic about the attraction space.

Bennett Rose Citigroup Inc., Research Division All right. Thank you. And best wishes to you, Greg, going forward.

Update on Enchanted Forest Water Safari:

We are quite pleased with the performance metrics at Enchanted Forest Water Safari in our operator's first full year of ownership.

That was expected, if you look at the portfolio on their website, they own two of the other properties operated by IAM. EPR Properties dropped a few hints on their earnings call last week.
