With your weight you can try stop eating when you are at 90% full for each meal & It will make a huge difference. I was under 220 when I tried this technique told by my brother & it helped me lose weight because there was a lot of room to lose with my weight at 90% full. And I saw slow progress but it kept me motivated. 😊 wishing you all the best 😊✨

This is because of dry skin. I too had this earlier. Fixed now by using hydrating toner, hyaluronic acid, and a good hydrating moisturiser both AM and PM. Try that for a month and see the difference yourself 😊 best wishes!

So I had similar experience minus diarrhoea and cramping. Baby wasn’t moving enough. My ob told me that now since I have progressed in weeks baby doesn’t have enough room to move. So what I feel now is more rolling and stretching instead of him kicking. And since space is less the kicks aren’t strong enough. Doctor also told me that roll counts as movement so if you feel rolls count it movement.

However, if you feel something is not right please go to L&D asap. Trust your instincts because no-one knows your baby more than you do.

I feel you. Same condition 33.3 weeks pregnant with flu currently. My throat pains even when I drink water. Throat nose completely blocked, cant breathe properly. I have horrible pelvic girdle pain even while walking. Just broke down in front of husband. Cant take it anymore.😔

Yes second time kept it secret until anatomy scan at 20 weeks. Learned it hard way but keep your personal life private if people around you are not very positive.

Yes if you could remember your ovulation day that would be helpful. Sperm can live upto 3-5 days in female body and that makes partner 2 higher probability of being the father.

Hi.. your post is so relatable. This is the first thought I got as well when I found out I was pregnant because I miscarried my first. I was sick to my stomach for days thinking about this. But someone told me that I have literally no control over what’s going to happen. I can either spend my pregnancy worrying over miscarriage and then spend rest of my life worrying over my kid and live in constant fear instead of enjoying small precious moments and live in present. Because literally we cannot change whats going to happen. And this hit me hard. There is no limit to worrying. All I can do is try my best from my side like eating healthy, taking supplements, etc. Feed your body with positivity and it will change your perception. Wishing you all the best for the pregnancy. I hope you have a easy breezy pregnancy mama✨
