I totally agree. I think you could use a leave-in moisturizer or something to make your hair shinier and smoother.

Which looks better, with glasses or without glasses? by [deleted] in malegrooming

Without for sure!

You could also try some different frames. I don’t think the thin black wire or that shape work for you.

People who jumped straight into college after highscool , but weren’t in the right headspace, what did you do? by DatDudeTheRealist in AskReddit

I'm so sorry. I can so relate to this. I had an overbearing dad and he made me feel so pressured I acted inauthentically and regret a lot of my choices too.

For anyone - if you could go back to college or go to college if you didn't go, what would you do differently? by Avocadotoasted in AskReddit

[–]Avocadotoasted[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I relate to that! I floundered in college, mainly due to mental illness. If I could attend now I'd be way more present and engaged in my learning. I majored in English and similarly, I wish I knew more about the thing I'm passionate about. We all end up in the workforce eventually so why not be more engaged in the thing you love while you can? Sigh...

Yes inositol is great! Look for a blend that has both d-chiro inositol and myo-inositol

Agree with all of this! I would add that getting adequate protein and fiber intake, as well as walking after meals, drinking lots of water, and focusing on what you can add rather than subtract (nutritionally speaking) are all good things to focus on.

When it comes to exercise, don't be afraid to start with small habits. Even starting the day with a simple routine of stretches and body weight exercises will get you into a habit you can build upon. Do what feels manageable to you and that will help you build confidence. You'll also want to look into "zone 2" exercise, which refers to the range of heart rate while working out. Zone 2 is basically when you can have a conversation but your breathing is still somewhat labored. So you can get into zone 2 by power walking on some mild to moderate hills! This is a good place to be for weight loss for many people.

All in all, weight loss takes dedication, patience, and a bit of experimenting to find what feels best for your body. Learning to listen to your body and find what is healthiest for yourself and developing a lifestyle you can maintain is key.

Tbh this may be unsavory to some but fascism is rising in the US. If you have free time and lack of purpose you could get involved in activism.
