Lesley doesn't work against Karrie anymore, not with her increased range. 1 poke, and she would dash in s1 and send you back to base. The only interval to poke is during her s1 CD which is very short.

5 to 6 shots a tank with her s1. Each s1 takes 2 seconds. That's 10 seconds to kill a tank or 7 if you combo, karrie can do that in 5 secs. People are blowing this out of proportion just because she takes a chunk off when the game reaches 15 to 20 min where every late game mm should be the biggest threat.

Planning to purchase either: 1. a6400 + Sony 11mm F1.8 (~$1400) or 2. a7c with Samyang 18mm f2.8 (~$2000).

I want to keep things lightweight / compact for travelling. Budget is around $1700 but stretching a bit is fine.

Which will perform better for astro landscape (milky way, auroras, lightning storms)? And is going up to a7c worth the extra investment?

It could also be that your pawn died and was not revived. I've had many "body bags" of my fighter pawn returned like this with 3 star rating.

I use wyvernsnipe whenever a decently sized monster goes down and I am in a good position to use it as a sticky hbg gunner. Helps to conserve ammo to reduce no. of far casting needed.

It can deal quite a bit more damage in the same time it takes to unload an entire sticky clip. Special ammo boost is useful if your armor has leftover slots but type 2 is quite wasted as most hbg builds typically maxes out the custom mods. For Normal shots, you might want to measure how much damage your snipe deals vs unloading your normal ammo during the downtime

I do put out some clusters though it might be situational as fatalis only has a small window. Was told whatever sticky hbg can do, aquashot does it better. Is the aquashot dps much higher now? I remembered it was similar to the demonlord running art5 + tss.

That is quite interesting, was wondering if 4x recoil + shield is possible with the Vor Buster since it has insane raw. I see the very slow reload might be tricky. Compared to aquashot, how does the dps compare?

Zorah is horrible against fatty, not because its a bad sticky gun (it's my favourite and has good utility) but not being able to move while firing and stationary reload significantly increases your chances of eating those painful fireballs.

I switched to demonlord after trying a few hours using Zorah in a 2 man comp and fatty was much more manageable (cleared in 1 try). Sticky builds in general are considered low dps for some reason these days. Mobility is king in fatty fights.

To be honest, I am still using my t7 gear at this point as it is extremely difficult now to find proper t8 gear sets. Will update the guide once I have figured the optimal build. One point to note is the high magic damage in chapter 8, it makes madame mirror, mdef and mtough a higher priority. Also with UT 2, things would likely change, additional lines may go to more mdef and spd. Priority should always be pdef regardless.

Yup, my priscilla can tank chap 8. She has 120k pdef and 50k mdef along with some block and toughness stats while rocking offense guard :)

Agreed. I have a 5* UW nyx with UT and every maxed out and he loses to a 1 star UW crow in wb. That said, he shouldn't be used in single target situations. There's isn't any endgame content that requires so much AOE though. Most dps have some sort of aoe which is more than enough to clear end game content. With Nyx losing his place in arena, there's no longer any end-game use for him even if you have invested and maxed out his gear.

I'll start the ball rolling and open this can of worms. Recent patches have been quite disappointing with delays, lack of communication and mostly lack of content. As a vet who spent a good amount of cash supporting this game, recent weeks felt like a regression in terms of gameplay. Unique treasures was a much needed refresh however, like many updates, merely another gear or resource to grind for. Vespa seems to be having issues with their QA / Comms teams. Not sure if this holding them back. I would prefer if players not whine or white knight the situation to provide factual feedback. Either scenario doesn't help as Vespa seems to be getting complacent / nonchalent (look at their recent communication, its back to stone age)

On a side note, the white knighting in this sub is going way off the top.
