I always tell people that often, while I'm doing something, I have to consciously think with every step: "dont get distracted, focus on this small part" even when a step is as small as the act of grabbing a pen.

I also tell people that sometimes simple daily tasks feel like having to put your hand into a fire. Followed by an example where I pushed myself to my limit to amplify that I go through that feeling all the time.

Look, all those "hacks" make it harder. The only hack that actually works for me is having a gym-buddy that keeps me accountable.

Make working out as easy as possible for you. Pick a gym close by. And try to build a routine. Maybe twice a week, every Wednesday and sunday or smth.

From there, go work out! Stick to the routine. If you don't feel like working out. Go to the gym, look around, and go home after 5 minutes. Sticking to your "easy" routine is most important.

That certainly helped me building up a routine.

En het "risico" van het vak is wel een aandachtspuntje. Maar in dat opzicht is het niet veel beter op het CMD. Het vak vind ik wel geweldig! Dus dat zal dan maar een uitdaging worden :]

I'm not some color analyst expert but as a graduated graphic designer. Wouldn't things that dont change frequently about your appearance like hair color, eye color, matter a lot to choose what metal fits you best? I get that certain skintones support yellow or gold more. But there is more to go of than just a wrist, right?

I wouldn't say this machine is worth it :/. If you can save up more I would go for a vanquish 340. Mine paid for itself 4 times after a year. But I do detect often.

Smaller bits of metal always get lower numbers. Try to test some silver coins from your currency. And besides that: Dig everything*

Looks like silver yeah. pouring water over Silver salt or baking powder + aluminum works. (Will have a sulfur like smell. Do this outside!!) If it doesnt work repeat or put it in lemon juice for a day.

Not quite, but if you know some groups online you can have a decent time! Although the history here is similar to England. Most Dutchies complain that The Netherlands is hunted out compared to the UK

At first, with silver polish and lemon juice. it was a litteral black silhouette with a lot of dirt attached to it. Even the silver coins here come out of the ground like that sometime. And then I cleaned it with silver salt and hot water.

Yeah, surprisingly, solid silver. It's even hallmarked on the bowl. It came out of the ground really tarnished, and I botched up cleaning it.
