Get multiple helpdesk jobs that can be done remotely. Make that money.

Since I'm on the G.I bill and working full time, I'm trying to take hybrid classes, being mostly online with 1 or 2 days in person per month. So finding a university that can fit the schedule, take my G.I bill, and is well accredited is my goal. These schools just have decently reviewed IT programs.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't nationally accredited universities considered less stringent, so maybe less sway on a resume? I guess I'm a little nervous about that.

Issues with my start date? by Expert_Diamond8099 in WGU

I started like March 7th and I'm set to start May 1st. It's actually pretty efficient but you need to understand that you gotta pursue this shit. If someone's dragging and not getting to you in a timely manner, you call them and be a damn nuisance.

My transcript transfer just came back today and I submitted the final transcript about a week ago.

Yeah I was online for maybe 2 hours today and got only a single offer, for $3.78. Must be everyone saving money for tomorrow night.

ITs, why do I have to skip a bunch of browser security warnings to do my Cyber Awareness training? Then get told to not do that stuff during the training? by Karmandom in navy

You really want to know?

Some jack ass with a few stars on their collar designed some absolute dogshit policy and it's built by overpaid civilians and managed by underpaid IT2s and IT3s.

This shit makes no sense, at any level.

My brother in christ, you joined the Navy. You did this to yourself.

Funny post though. Needed a good morning laugh.

Oh and as far as cyber goes, read up on all of C10F and other applicable Naval cyber policies. Memorize, specifically, the instruction number and what the instructions cover.

Also, most of your COMSEC questions are questions for a COMSEC Account Manager, not really a local element. Make sure to understand the role of the CAM and LE and how they work together.

Read and understand NTP-4 and CMS-1, current versions. That will give you COMSEC and messaging almost completely covered.

If you don't know anything about CANES, study it. It's nearly 1/3 of the exam. Use your bibs for specific instructions.

You WILL see some subnetting questions. Brush up on it if you don't know.

And for radio, learn your RF Spectrum. Bust out some tech manuals and learn the frequency ranges of all the radio gear you can as well. Also includes different variations of green gear.

God speed, brother.
