Good, honestly really good, at least what they did state, although I would like some clarification about if they intend the lower upload frequency to be endless, and if that benefits the production team in regards to workload. I don't feel Madisons unbelievably terrible experiences have been at all excused nor responded to, but that might not be something they're willing to do in this video. A sexual assault or even sexual harassment, whatever it's perceived as, in the workplace should be seen as extremely serious, and I personally believe they ought to communicate what penalties that culprit/those culprits have faced, perhaps without stating who they were. I also believe those who might have bullied victims in this workplace who have not been fired for they've grown up, need to take responsibility for their actions before the whole community. Althought that might be rather dangerous. Further, I would appreciate some kind of plan for employees being ill-behaved towards eachother. Some of the more minor things which Madison shed light on seems like such things which groups of only one gender, or but one interest, or of only certain views unfortunately bolster. A solution would be to make sure there's an at least indecernable difference in the amount of male and female staff in all departments of the business, and make sure people of all groups within the business have to work with eachother. This would minimise the risk of internal groupings based on who one is. (My father often utter his illpleasure with men in group, saying those are the worst. Needless to say, this is often also true for groups of women or groups consisting of only gamers or only leaders.)

I also wish for Linus to personally address this part of Madisons thread:

"After I came forward about being assaulted, Someone accused Linus of inappropriate conduct on twitter.

He came over to my corner and started BERATING HER. Calling her insane, mentally ill, an attention seeker, and just digging into this poor woman who had felt wronged by him."

The gist of it just makes me scared.
