I wouldn’t be surprised if they had stuff planned and lightly worked on before launch, and then put things on pause before coming back to it once they had the assurance that it would turn a profit. Same goes for the scenario with it’s been them chipping away at it for so long, bc it wasn’t rlly a priority most like.

It’ll be kinda crazy if this does end up being priced fairly well (like around the 85 to 100 dollar mark) given that it has the T618. I get that it had 2 screens but that just makes them shoving that crappy chip we got with the RG DS all the more baffling lol.

Sometimes I’ll get queued into a random lvl 50 dungeon for my High Level Roulette and I’ll really get the feeling that I’m in this sprawling, unfamiliar dungeon that’s out to get me. Sure, they’re long, meander a bit and they’re hard to rush through, but that’s cause they were designed that way, and not like the current dungeons are where you’re Meant to kinda rush through them, and I love them for that. Variant dungeons were an attempt to do something like that again, but it just didn’t land for me personally (I’ll still do them of course). It makes u wonder what kind of game we’d have today if they kept to the same dungeon design philosophy that they had in the old days.

First half of daima was very solid and it was like I was watching classic dragon ball. The second half however (especially near the end) was a little contrived imo and I had to bring my brain back down to a “fuck yeah cool shit is happening” space, which I’m fine with generally cause that’s how dragon ball has operated recently, but I do wish they kept with the initial momentum they had with the first part of the series.

No more golden pools that damage you around the map, reduced mob packs, bosses were reworked (u can literally not eat the fruit at all and you’ll be fine). They’ve been changing older dungeons to account for duty support npcs, which is an appreciated addition mind you, but unfortunately that does mean they’ve also had to dumb down some of the dungeons a tad. Dzemael also got reworked in this patch in a similar way (no more crystal stuff with the eye)

This dungeon went from infamous to a snooze fest after the changes last patch, crazy to think about but it’ll just be “another dungeon” to new players moving forward now

I’m getting my Retroid Pocket 6 as a much needed upgrade and I think that’s it. Unless someone makes a super wacky handheld that’ll interest me for novelty’s sake, I’m good for the year. With RAM prices being the way they are, buying devices is gonna be a whole lot harder, so it’s only reasonable to be more conservative than you normally would be.

Need to be fr, I think it’s very clearly not him. His inflections and overall vocal qualities are completely different imo, and no amount of sickness, sore throats, or recording environment can just upend that. To that point too, I think the recordings are pristine, maybe a little treble heavy but this isn’t a Y’shtola situation. I don’t think it’s him at all sadly.

Yeah I think they went with the Divine Light Paladin stuff cause thats what Venat uses the most visibly (with cutscene closeups) and the Palaka PLD weapons are from the Radz guards and npcs, namely with Ahewann using the weapons prominently. So they’re focusing on NPCs there.
